1413 option are quite different than standard
units. The electrolytic caps have been removed from the output and replaced
with a minimal value of polyesters. The shunt is no longer in the negative leg
of the supply, moved to the positive side. The output ripple spec has been
removed. It also appears that the voltage control channel was removed.

They were developed for plasma and arc application, intended to run ONLY
in the current mode, and the output ripple will be VERY high. As a result, they
probably wouldn't be useful in any other service than what they were designed
for.
